How would the common website be geared for SEO? Who would do it for each of the clubs, who would do it for aIVC?

A sexy web site is not the be all and end all of recruiting new members some clubs with so called less sexy websites have grown whereas those with so called more sexy websites have not. Its also about what you offer and the marketing you do, and dare I say it your current members. For the marketing you need money which is why in my view it is a mistake to go to the lowest common denominator wrt to subs. A club needs a surplus so it can re-invest in the club.
